Famous footwear customer service is horrible you can never ever get no one on the phone at any of the stores, it takes them forever to reply to the email, live chat isn’t an option, and when you call the main customer service number your place in line goes up instead of dropping down example: you’ll have 30mins and it’ll turn into 34 mins smh
