Professionalism.. Efficiently amazing Customer Service efficiently amazing Customer Service Is absolutely key for the Blueprint and make up at DiBella severance Commons Mayfield road location Cleveland!!! Whenever I enter the location how do you feel good about whatever I am there to purchase and on top of that the crew is extremely knowledgeable with treating it seems to be every customer with courtesy and respect!!! nownStore closed 30 minutes early.nnAfter I just was there and was told they closed at 8 by a associate . I forgot my card at home And went to get it .before I left the store I ask an associate what time do they close for I can see if I had enough time.I left my merchandise at the register for I can just pay when I come back . I Arrived back at the store at 7:30 and the manager was at the door blocking it and when I told him I was just there and was told that they closed at 8:00 he said “well I’m the manager and I said we close now” .... Conduct like this is so unprofessional I drove 15 minutes home and back but I could come spend money in your store made sure I had enough time by asking that associate what time you guys close but still I wasn’t able to buy my merchandise even though it was at the register and I had to do was pay your manager is on a power trip he should not have his job.
