Disappointed. Cannot wait to move back to the Cleveland Heights area where they are actually responsive to calls and check up on complaints. Second time calling about noise over these past six months and the second time no one has showed up. Given the run around since about a dark barking since 4 am and still have not received a follow up or any assistance. Each time I call I am given the same response that someone is on their way but still waiting.

I called on a non emergency - to report a dog leashed to a fence at 152nd near Holmes Ave. no shelter, no food, just heavy leash- evening of 3/16/2018. I was switched to the dispatch, I want to say thank you for kindly taking my report. The dispatch was going to refer it to the kennel/ animal rescue. The dispatch officer was very kind and interested. I appreciate it. Cleveland has an excellent police force.

To Feel That Is Okay Legally To Incorrectly Write Police Reports In An Officers Words Instead Of What The Victim Initially Wrote Should Be A Crime! That's Completely Disrupts A Legal Case And Costs So Much Money...Officer's Don't Show Up To Accident Cites,And Then Re-Write Someone's Report As If They Were There. Who's Approving These Actions,They Are Illegal And Unacceptable! This District Needs Major Improvement On Priorities,Hurt Victims That Are Told By Non-Busy Officers To Drive To The Station As If They Didn't Just Endure A Collision,So Disrespectful And Unthoughtful Not To Show Up When 99% Of The Time It Is Vital For An Officer To be On Scene,And Legal Documentation. It's Disgusting How Citizens Get Left Untreated, Not Taken care Of . Unprofessional On All Levels.Prayers To Those Who Have To Deal With This Among Myself And Neglect Within The Community.
