Last night I ordered a pizza and wings online at 6:56p.m. It said my pizza would arrive at 7:30. The pizza did not come until 8:50!!!! In the meantime, I called the store 5 times. I was hung up on twice, and the other times I was left on hold for up to 10 min. I was told that they were busy and forgot to change the delivery time on the website, then I was told the pizza was on the way 2 times and it still tool forever. The manager said there was nothing she could do because they were busy. There is no way that you wait 2 hours for a pizza and there is nothing you can do. She said that if I wanted a refund I would have to come in to get it. When the pizza did finally arrive it was cold and the wings weren't there. I told the driver to take it back and at 9:00p.m., we hopped in the car to go get the refund. What poor customer service. Pizza Hut has lost a customer....be careful if you go!!

My partner and I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 7pm. Our original eta said 25-30 minutes. Nothing had arrived by 8:15. So we called and asked for an eta on our delivery seeing as it had been “out for delivery” for thirty minutes. Mind you, the Pizza Hut is literally three blocks from our location. The employee told us she didn’t know and gave my partner attitude for even asking. She then hung up on us. We finally got our cold pizza at 8:40pm after the delivery driver also hung up on us.nDo yourself a favor and order elsewhere. I wish I would have taken a look at the reviews before ordering. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas with creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Unfortunately, they were delivered with NO pepperoni.nnI have ordered from this same place before and never even received my order.nnDo yourself a favor and skip this location. Order somewhere else. Thank me later.

I should have read the reviews before i ordered from this location! I placed an order at 5:30 and here it is almost 7:30 and i still do not have a pizza for dinner! The manager on duty has a bad attitude. When you call in to ask a question i got.. what do you want me to do.. cancel your order? I dont even want to give1 star. I would go oick it up if i knew yhis was going to be loke this.. where i live.. this would be unacceptable. Guess that is what happens in bigger citys?

Ordered a calzone and 8 wings at 8pm. Didn't receive my food til 927pm. Food was supposed to be delivered by 835... not to mention i stay 7mins driving distance. Not to mention food was not hot anymore. Wings soggy from sitting in sauce for almost a hour
