Rude, unprofessional and poor customer service. You would never get this type of service in the suburbs or other states. They are not helping the cause for keeping postal services alive. I will no longer use the USPS, I'd rather pay a little more and use FedEx or UPS. Unfortunate that the lack of service further disenfranchises communities of color. Just sad.....

I wish I could send less than 1. Your location can't even deliver a package to my apartment and have it held here. How hard is it to deliver at my apartment? You just set the package inside the first door or in the lobby with the mailboxes. I get an email about a delivery attempt made at 12:30 at 4:40. I didn't know there was an attempt. How about better communication?

I was explaining that I was receiving my mail to the teller(Tell) and his response was its Donald Trump fault .Im not into politics and don't like poor customer service people are allowed to do and say anything and still have a job ....SMH
