I flew home to Cleveland for a quick visit. After searching for hours for a braiding stylist, I located Sofia’s salon. She was very professional over the phone and invited me to come for a same-day appointment. Fari (sorry if I didn’t spell it correctly) and the staff greeted me upon my arrival. They only take cash and directed me to the nearest atm. My stylist was awaiting my return, braided my hair beautifully and thanked me for my business. I will be returning in a couple of weeks for a crochet. Thank you for the great service and style! I highly recommend this salon.
Very relaxed, fastest braids I've ever had done. So polite and nice. I will definitely return.
The shop was great, SHE LOCKS THE DOOR FOR SAFETY, I LOVES THAT!!! She braids quickly, but..... BRING YOUR OWN HAIR IF YOU LIKE COLORS.
I enjoyed my visit. I am open minded not like some of the other reviews, people upset because the owner has a culture and is not using the English (slave) language.
The service is good and the owner is friendly but if you are looking for a professional environment this is not the location for you. The constant talking in a foreign language in your ear when you are getting service is not the best experience...especially when it goes on for hours. Unfortunately, because of this I did not tip and I will not visit this salon again.
