First, the customer service was lack luster! There was no greeting. Then, there was no handicap ramp for the elderly who cannot walk stairs. My brother and I had to lift them up and down the stairs. Then, we were told that we have to bring our own chairs for a graveside service this is totally unacceptable. There are elderly people who cannot stand....This is the worst service.
