The public would appreciate honesty. East Cleveland is so broke that it charges outrageous fees. The staff is completely incompetent, super aggressive, and disrespectful but are appalled when they receive the same treatment.
My case was dismissed and I still had to pay court cost they wouldn't accept the $25 I had they wanted $50 to start the payment plan, how can they dictate how much you can pay at any given moment? Now I have a warrant and the case came up that I was found guilty in a background check and the clerk hasn't answered the phone in 2 weeks and you can't leave a message because their voicemail is full, its like they're running things outta somebody's house, they need to be stopped!
They never answer the phone. The mailbox is always full. The staff is unprofessional. As a matter of fact, they're ghetto and unqualified. They act like stuck up beauticians who should be doing hair in the basement. I don't believe any of them graduated high school. The entire city of East Cleveland is run by the lil rascals. Spanky is the judge. Buckwheat is the bailiff and Darla and Alfalfa and the rest of the gang are the cops. ud83dudd95ud83cudffethis pos city
Take away all the stars. Signs all over the place about changing yourself but they treat you like your worth is less than zero. The same lady behind the clerk window I met with last week turned out to be really rude this week. Took her time. She didn’t help, she sent the poor old lady in front of her desk to come to the window. Rolled her eyes as if her face didn’t show her attitude or maybe she hates her job. Who knows! Get there on time and wait an hour and 45 minutes for the judge to come out and everyone including the bailiffs are pacing around waiting as well. No traffic lights leading to the court house. East Cleveland looks abandoned, it’s quite tragic. There is no sense of urgency at all.
If I could give one star I would. I went to the court after I got off work and as I was talking to her she tried to make me pay the whole thing when my case was waiverable. I was trying to explained to her but she said she goes by the clock in the office and it said 4:18. When it was 4:08 . I felt so disrespected. As I was walking away with my baby a officer was laughing at me saying I was to late. I was hurt and embarrassed..
