My kid likes coming here but then again what child doesn't like the car wash? ud83dude09 My husband's work has a contract with them which allows him to wash his company car ever so often. The place is welcoming with animals all over, the car wash itself has soap with funky colors. They do have employees guiding you to the wash. Only thing is that it's so close to the main road that on a good day the lines may back up traffic so be careful about that. They do have a smaller parking area after you have gone through just in case you want to be more detailed about drying your vehicle. Have not seen nor noticed if they have vacuum area to quickly clean inside the car there.
I love Rainforest Car Wash because of their great washes and prices, but especially because of the exceptional service and professionalism demonstrated by their employees. I wanted to highlight one particular employee, Eric, who truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He patiently answers all questions and promptly addresses any issues that arise. The gentleman that came out when I pulled up was very professional and pleasant. He helped to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely go again! Prices are very reasonable.
My car had some scratches on the wind shield after I went through the car wash. The manager was kind and took a look but couldn't do anything about it. Their opinion was that the scratches couldn't have come from the car wash. I had the car in the garage and the scratches are in my field of vision and were not there before.nnThey offered to connect me to a body shop to get a second opinion. Since a second opinion doesn't remove the scratches I am disappointed with the experience.nnTheir policies leave you pretty much to deal with damages yourself. I was expecting them to have insurance. Not the case. If you like your car beware or take photos before you go in so that you have better proof in case you get scratches as well.
Our family loves the experience of this car wash! Our son specifically requests a visit after school to see the animals and we leave with a squeaky clean car. Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend a visit here or any of their other locations.
