This was great to go through and see. Very colorful and was unexpected! The guide was fabulous and did cute jokes. Was great with the kids and their questions. Lots of steps at the end but worth it! The gift shop was nice and they even have a mini mining thing inside to see what you got from the salted bags you can buy. Got lots of great fossils in our $11 bag.

This is a nice visitor center. I went here while visiting the Ohio Caverns and was satisfied with my experience. I parked in the visitor center’s parking lot and walked in to buy a ticket for a cave tour. I bought a ticket from the store’s cashier, who was pretty nice. I looked around the gift shop for a bit before the tour started, and it had many geodes and other rocks for sale. Once the tour started I went into the cave. The tour finished in the gift shop, and I left the gift shop after the tour, which was quite good. I got into my car and drove away, satisfied with my experience. I gave this visitor center five stars because I received good service at it. There’s also a large playground outside of the gift shop, but I didn’t use it.
