Absolutely horrible. I live 10 minutes from this place maybe less. I ordered to small hand size items that said they left and were out for delivery at 6 a.m. around 3 p.m. they sent me a email stating the item will be late. It is now 6 p.m. and I still don't have my things. This is NOT the first time this has happened and this service deserves in every right to be completely shut down for good and leave things like this to UPS and FedEx or any other delivery service that actually does their jobs. I will not be ordering anything from any sites that includes this company as the delivery service. Discusting experience.
