Great experience here today. Valentine's day...so of course a very busy day. I was half way through a 3 hour drive home from work and looked up florists in the area. I was driving a big box truck, so this is the only one I could find a place to park near. Glad I stopped. Everyone was picking up their orders, but of course I'm just a walk in. The lady inside was friendly, and very helpful. They could have easily just turned me away and just taken care of their premade orders. She asked me what I wanted and I pointed to an arrangement they had made up for another call in order. I said that I liked something like that. You know what? She just sold me that very one and asked another employee to make another one to replace it. She was great. It made it the while way home and still looked beautiful. My wife absolutely loved them. Thank you!
Brenda went above and beyond to make sure that our Christmas Service was beautiful. Despite a few hiccups.
