They don’t answer the phone, don’t tell you what’s going on with YOUR information, and they a very nonchalant. Every time I call the lady is never there like smh. Get new people.

The building was a little hard to find. The person at the desk wasn't exactly rude and they weren't exactly pleasant. That said, it is an overextended government agency so I would say dealing with AMHA is on par with similar agencies.
