Could have bought a new pair of shoes for the price he charged me to replace a heel plate on my ankle boots. Replaced both heels instead and I said nicely that I was surprised it cost that much. He asked me what my husband does, and I told him I wasn’t married. He was trying to make a point of the expenses of having a shoe repair shop. I was never nasty or mean and he didn’t even thank me after I paid him $16! Will not go back.
We are new to Chillicothe and have had two shoe repairs done haere. Wonderful staff and service. Completely pleased with the price and service. We definitely recommend.
