First time customer and we had a great experience! We shopped for my daughter’s hoco 2019 dress. What a HUGE selection. The employees were all very helpful. The dressing rooms and mirrors are arranged perfectly for that glamorous feeling. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

My sister got a dress from here for her senior homecoming.... and it is ruined. The woman was completely rude to my 17 year old sister! She literally came in for the dress two weeks ago. Everything was perfect on it.. SEVERAL employees stated how nice the dress fit her. The week of homecoming my sister went to go pick her dress up.... without retrying it on... she took it home. (The dress shop did not look it over) but yet somehow... someway... the dress is hanging off my sister. The manager tried to say my little sister lost weight. There is no way she lost weight. You can see hand stitching where someone tried to alter the dress because something went wrong! The bust is completely hanging off her... like they had someone try it on and it ripped. It was not like that before. Do yourself a favor and never go here.

Melissa is such a sweet and kind woman. She is so genuine in her compliments! Tina is also a very kind woman who is easy to talk to. I am so glad that I chose Best Dress! I looked elsewhere and wish I hadn't even wasted my time.nAs a plus sized girl, it is so difficult to find a gown fit for a princess. I am very happy to report that I found the dress for me with the help of a sales associate (who's name I sadly cannot remember) and Tina.nThank you so much, Best Dress Team! I will recommend to everyone!

The staff at this store are amazing!!!! Extremely helpful and attentive! They helped my daughter find the perfect dress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. I will be buying all of my daughters dresses here.
