My experience with Monica Blair and her staff has been excellent each time I come here. Everyone is so nice and attentive. She takes time to listen and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get the correct treatment!

After waiting more than an hour to be called back I saw Dr. Patterson who couldn't have been less interested if he tried. I just moved to the area & wanted a general check up & to discuss a few concerns I had. I couldn't finish a sentence without being cut off with what he thought it was & what he's do to treat it. No real discussion, I was shuffled from room to room with getting a foot xray in between. There were plenty of nurses & techs just standing around shooting the bull, I was told to sit in Xray waiting area that someone would come help me, after 4 different ladies looked right at me then walked the opposite direction I went to ask for someone to call whoever was supposed to do my Xray. It was NOT a good first impression for someone new to the area & I will not be returning for any future care from this doctor or facility. Three hours total from when I walked in to when I left & I felt as though nothing was accomplished in addressing my health concerns.
