Great service, Alexa was wonderful.
I went here to return some boots that I had ordered and the lady helping me said that I couldn't return them because I needed the confirmation email (which I did not have) and the receipt rather than just the receipt. The confirmation email did not have credit card I used or anything like that like she said it would. I just said thanks for you order. We will send an email when the item has been shipped. I live about an hour from Dayton so I basically went there for nothing. I was able to return it to the Lima Mall just fine without needing the email. So not for sure why we needed it if we had the original receipt. Future orders that I place, if I ever buy online from them again, will be returned to the Lima and not Dayton.
I bought my first skate shoes here 20 years ago, Etnies Czar. They let me grind benches with my Soaps back then too. Excellent Journeys store for sure. I just returned a pair of defective NB 574 and had no issues. I highly recommend this shoe shop.
I felt ignored
Another place that gets a good portion of my money on a consistent basis. My kids and I are shoe lovers...especially classics and hard to find styles. I recently bought a pair of Unicorn Adidas there that might have to be surgically removed from my daughter's feet or else she won't ever take them off. I bought a one of a kind pair of timberland boots for my son and he gets complimented on them all of the time. Cool selection of Converse.
