BEANE has absolutely no idea what he is doing and should be removed and given mandatory retraining before being allowed to have a badge again. A journalist taking photos on a PUBLIC space is a right guaranteed by the first amendment. You CANNOT detain and search someone because you feel like it. This PD has dirty officers who have little or no working knowledge of basic American rights and laws.

Do you train your officers that people have rights afforded them by the US constitution? Do they even know what the US constitution is? Your Sergeant Beane sure doesn't seem to have a clue. Sergeant?!?! Really?!?! Who tF made him a sergeant when he is so grossly negligent on the law? Your department needs to step up the training and cut the games before your city goes bankrupt over lawsuits.

Currently have been waiting for over 2 hours to get back into my house because my drunk Maintense man locked me out for the second timenThanks for showing up in a timely manner.. Only witnessed two drug deals and 30 teenagers walking into small apartment with ”adult beverages” for a house party while waiting in my car
