Target

Asked for help lifting a dresser into my cart and a female associate was so kind to help me out and another helped me put it into my vehicle. Would not have been able to do it alone. Fantastic and polite associates. Wonderful experience.

This is a really great Target, but it does get crowded. It is best to shop in the mornings or in the evenings in the last hour and a half before they close. They also do an exceptional job with online orders for pickup.

Staff is always friendly. Just positive all around. I've never had one negative experience. The staff work hard to have a clean store and positive experiences. They all always have a positive attitude and they try their best in everything they do.

One of the worst Target stores I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing. As I write this review, myself and at least 7 others are sitting outside waiting for our drive up orders to be brought out. Have been here nearly ten minutes. Up until their renovation it was the dirtiest most disorganized Target store I’ve ever been to in my life. Even now, it’s still sub-par. Items in complete disarray, IF they even have them in stock. I used to work at Target in the somewhat recent past and I know the standards they are meant to adhere to; none of which this store does. I don’t know who the GM is but they need to be replaced. I have only used drive up 5 times but 4 out of those 5 times my order has had pieces missing from it. The last time it happened, I tried calling in to notify an employee to retrieve my missing items only to be hung up on FIVE TIMES because nobody was answering the phone. This went on for TWENTY MINUTES until I finally got ahold of someone in the food and beverage department. I had to try every single department to get one person to finally answer. This review will probably make no difference but I’m so fed up with this company, which I used to love, that I don’t know what else to do. Stop cutting payroll to the bare minimum and hire some more employees for gods sake. It’s not fair to the customer or the employees (who are having to do three peoples jobs at once) either. This once amazing company is turning to garbage because all they’re concerned about is their bottom line/turning a profit and nothing else. Good luck.

Quick and easy. Friendly service especially with the holiday crowds and stresses. Dayton South store is the best!
