We have been using this Walgreens for 20+ years. The pharmacy and store personnel are nothing short of excellent. We have found them to be knowledgeable, kind, considerate, helpful, and always ready to assist their customers. They really care.

Stopped in today at the pharmacy for the first time. Liz quickly came to the window to help me. She noticed there was an issue with my prescription and let me know it would be a few minutes. She waited maybe a minute to use a computer near the back (glad she did since my issue took some time to fix they were able to help other customers at the front desk). Once the gentleman was done at the computer he immediately in a VERY condescending tone counted out loud the other open computers that she should of used. I would hate to work with someone that makes you question every decision even the small ones like what computer to use. I hope this review finds him and he can rethink the way he treats and talks to his coworkers. Anyways Liz took her time and gave me other options for my prescription. Thanks Liz!

They take too long at everything they do and their prescription notifications are sometimes not accurate and not their when they say they are.nMy experiences are based on at least 5 years of helping my mother now almost 90 with picking up her medications.Its obvious they need more people and more qualified personnel for Certain things they used to do as a relied courtesy have disappeared! Walmart better in all ways!

My recent pharmacy experience reminded me that some folks don't understand that without a customer, you have no business. There is no place for rude and disrespectful behavior in any customer interaction. Listening is becoming a thing of the past. It is a motivation to take one's business elsewhere. Count on it. II doubt it will matter to these folks.
