Just look at all the positive reviews for this place and you really don't have to think too hard about going here. I recently bought a pair of Brooks launch GTS here and Heather help me with the sale and I really love those shoes in fact I just got back from a run in them. Really great people here.

My experience was awesome. The staff took the time to properly size my feet and use a machine to pinpoint the pressure zones and measure the pronation of my feet. All that data was used to recommend a great pair of shoes.

Fantastic store for runners or people who want high quality athletic gear and buy from locally owned shops. The staff is helpful and will listen to your needs for shoes and help with any issues. They will guide you to certain shoes for issues like overpronation or how your foot strikes the pavement, type of running etc to give you the best fit and function. Highly recommend. They also are very pleasant to work with and this holiday season even gift wrapped my purchase as they had the time.

Katie is a true professional. From start to finish Katie was thorough with the entire process including a warm family like welcome as soon as I opened the door. Since this was my first of many visits to come, she took the time to find out my needs and preferences. Next she systematically measured my feet. Just in case that wasn't enough, they have a machine in the corner that you step into that measures your feet again and returns every bit of data you could possibly get next to getting an xray at the hospital. This will help them determine which shoe is the best fit for you personally, and not the most expensive sale they can make like other stores do. Wether you're a pavement runner, or treadmill marathoner, they test out several shoes that match your needs by giving you the option to test them out in a real situation via treadmill or sidewalk.nUp and running has more than just great shoes, they also have accessories that I needed for my frigid night runs.nI cant say enough how awesome the staff is. They all jumped in to help out like I was a pro athlete. Very attentive! I really enjoyed it!nThank you Katie and Up and Running staff.nYou made a customer for life.

Went in on a recommendation due to bad shin splints. Was helped immediately, in and out in under 20 minutes (including a foot scan a quick treadmill run). Joan was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. No pushy sales tactics! Shop local! Highly recommended.
