Fully Promoted of Centerville

I've been working with the company for years out of Cincinnati. The Cincinnati store is closed so I sent a service technician to Centerville in Dayton Ohio to drop off for shirts that we purchased ourselves. The lady working at the front counter said that we have to pay another design fee of $50 plus $16 a shirt. I'm okay with the price and the design fee even though they lost a design. Now with before starting the work she wants us to prepaid for everything. The problem is the technician does not have a card with him for the business. Second she states that people don't pick up their shirts and they get stuck with them. I expressed my concern of these are my shirt worth $117 that are brought in and that they will not be left to waste $117. I didn't mention that if they just get them done I will have the technician come up and pay for them with a card or to send the invoice today to be paid . She said they have to be paid now. Then she said stop yelling at her. There was no yelling there was no screaming, there was just direct talk on what is the problem with getting the shirts done. And basically I said you can doom and I'll pay you when I pick him up for you cannot do mannatech will leave right now and waste our time coming to your location from Cincinnati and we'll deal with another business that's what professional it has better customer service and common sense of the situation. I believe there's extreme lack of Common Sense regarding this store. I'm done with people and customer service that can't cooperate with today's standards of running a business.

Had an amazing shirt of my favorite band printed just in time to see them play live. The employees are very good at what they do and have a wonderful attitude. Shout-out to Kyra for her help!nn10/10 would recommend!

The experience started off well but quickly went down hill. I was in a desperate situation to get some stockings monogrammed before I left town. Helen said to bring the stockings over asap and she could turn them in a week. When i went back to pick up the stockings, the monograms were not centered. To top it off, one of the monograms slipped while in the hoop and they had to take it out and redo. I understand this happens but make it right for the customer. Helen did say she would do a replacement monogram for me for free but that would not cover the $22 cost of the stocking. Establishment lacks customer service. For $18 per stocking, i expected a much better job.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the store offered a nice selection with high quality clothing, and our products came out looking excellent. Very pleased with our experience.

Do NOT go here for your background check. Total joke. Needed mine for something important- turns out it never went through. Stick with going to a federal building for this. Complete waste of money and time.nnWhen questioning why this happened, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I cannot believe the ignorance, not sure how they were approved to do these background checks in the first place. Due to her attitude, I would never even consider them for embroidery services after speaking with her.
