My company's has had a storage unit here for over a year, more and more recently the gates will not open going in or out, I spent a lot of wasted time sitting at the gate waiting for someone to fix it. Also the climate control buildings don't work properly. It has been over a hundred degrees most of the summer and they can't seem to fix the air conditioner. I'm now in the process of finding a new facility to work with.
I have stored my RV here over three years. They have increased the rent almost triple to what I started out paying. At first I went along with it. They offered services hard to find. They have since done away with most. They used to have onsite security that's gone. Anyone can walk in or out. Easy to pull in and out stalls. Now they are too close and nearly impossible to maneuver around. Convenient gate location. Now you have to fight with traffic and a tight entrance/exit gate. When I tried to call the office to find out about the latest increase. All I got was "we lost a portion of property so we are raising the rent to the current levels of new renters." I would think they would want to keep the current renters. I would even give them one start other than it was required for review. I would look at other locations first the price alone is crazy and location isn't good either.
I'm storing my truck here long term. These guys were great and especially Angie S., who made sure I had a space big enough with a fantastic deal! Got me to my flight on time too. Thanks so much!
Every time I come here my code does not work! I called the building to get them to open it and I’m sitting here listening to the phone ring for more than five minutes now AFTER The man at the front desk hung up in my face, after telling me to call the manager who is working from home, WHO IS ALSO NOT ANSWERING HER PHONE EITHER! So here I am stuck in there storage w things to do!! I’ve been givin an attitude everytime I called about my code not working! Trash service
Me and my brother had something parked there in there gravel where they said to park and they broke are locks and towed them about ten feet because it was 'reserved' thats where they said to park and jacked the prices up to a thousand they was parked for a week these people are scam artist no joking im have my lawyer look into it I feel I was taken
