I was very afraid when going to court here and the judge was very fair to me. I watched other people sentenced as well. The judge seemed to genuinely care about everyone. Treatment instead of punishment will make the world a better place.
I love all the reviews on the Montgomery County Jail/Courts. If you didn't do anything to go there you wouldn't have any problems with them. I've done my fair share of sh☆t. I'm not innocent by no means but you don't see me on here oh no they railroaded me it's not fair boo hoo. You made your bed now you must lie in it. It's time to put your big boy/girl pants on pull them up and deal with your consequences. Bottom line don't do anything and you won't find yourself in these places.
The civil justice system today—whether dealing with simple or complex matters—takes so long and costs so much that it no longer serves as an effective tool in regulating society’s legal matters. In the end, the system has become so dysfunctional that it’s virtually impossible for the average person to rely on it as a means of resolving disputes. Day by day, with each legal experience, I lost confidence in our system’s ability to deliver justice. Judge O’Connell I hope you read this it’s true I got a judgment in your court but the system allow this case to drags for over 4 years and you also delayed the attorney fees judgment allow the defendant in my case all kind of time to prepare him and his wife for chapter 7 so I will not get paid no justice, I’m sorry to say it is a shame that the legal system help the crooks more than they can help hard working people . He is protected by the “law “ but who is protecting me?????

No justice in civil court especially Judge O’Connell how can you sleep at night when you allow crooks get away with stealing from hard working people you allow the civil matter to drag for years so you give enough time for the crook to file bankruptcy no justice you should be ashamed of yourself.
