Great selection of boots. Prices are a bit higher than other stores and the discounted boots have a more competitive price but no great deals. The service is where I have the most issue. Ive gotten several pairs of boots here and every time the employees act like they would rather be anywhere else. They offer no help. They also have the worst return policy, if its been worn at all outside the store you cant return them so take your time wearing them in the store and make sure you get the right ones.

Great assistance in getting what I needed for my kind of work field and conditions to be walked in particular type of boot selection they have. Been loyal Red Wing customer for a decade, will test out their Timberlake boots.

Spent 2 hrs trying on boots. No one bothered me and finally found a good fit. Great place with a lot of choices.

Disappointed from the unavailable restrooms!! No longer a public restroom for paying customers, so my son had to hold it! Perhaps if your employee’s kept it cleaned and sanitized daily (instead of them standing at the front near the counter gossiping) customers could use it and would shop longer! Quickly found what I needed, only to be disrespected by the older lady behind the counter. When I hand you my credit card, you hand it back to me. I started to reach for my card and she chose to place it on the counter and slide my card towards me scratching the bottom of it...that is rude! I was disappointed being my first time in here, I will never be back.
