Ordered Nike Running Shorts Online on July 29 and the website stated that the item would arrive by Aug 5, which was 2 days before it was needed, and that I would receive order updates via text. I checked the website several times up to July 3 to see that the order was still being processed. Called customer service and they stated that they didn't have the item in stock and it needed to be ordered directly from the vendor and there would be a delay in shipment and that the item would not arrive until August 12 (which is past when the item was needed). Did not receive any order update letting me know of the delay. Asked customer service to cancel and refund my order so that I could look for another item elsewhere. They stated that they could put in a request to cancel, but couldn't guarantee the cancellation since the order went directly to the vendor. I asked if they could keep me posted on the return status. They said they could not do that and that I would receive an email if it were possible. If not, I would receive the shorts by Aug 12 and could start a return at that time. Very poor customer service and communication. I wanted to support local vs ordering directly from Nike, but will not do that in the future with this company.
Great store. A little pricey but not too too bad. They kinda need to keep different sizes for the men's selection...
