I just want to say that I've lived in four different states, and this was one of the best experiences I've had at the DMV. I made two back-to-back appointments for a driver's license and registration transfer (I can't speak to walk-in wait time/experience). It probably took about 30 minutes in total for everything. They sent me home with my WV plate and printed my new title on-site. License will arrive by mail in a week or so. Every staff member was courteous and pleasant! :)

Well for starters. I had an appointment at 8:30am 2/12/21 get there and along with 8 other people patiently waiting. When one of the customers looks through the crack of the door and it is dark. If you were not going to open at least have the common sense to send a email or something saying your going to be closed. It is common sense not rocket science.

Got there told me they would call me in two hours to renew my drivers license permit. they called me, and I waited three hours now just for them to tell me they are not renewing permits why they didn’t tell me that before I waited three hours I have no clue. they were rude and acted like I wasted their time when really they wasted mine. worst DMV I have ever been to and the employees act like they are better than u and while I was there the man taking down names was very rude to a little old lady, like what happened to respecting your elders

I looked up on the dmv's website and researched what I would need before I went to the dmv. It was a very smooth process. It seems a lot of people just want to complain about the dmv when the problem is their fault to begin with. It is not the dmv's fault when you don't bring what you need. You should not get mad at them for your mistake. Never had a problem at this location.
