I have been in search for a storage unit for 2 weeks now, and after vetting 9 different companies, I contracted with Security Pro Self Storage. And my decision was made 100% because of Robert, the manager! There were 2 other storage companies who had similar offerings and pricing, but because of how knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with Robert was, it put Security Pro at the top of my list.
He took the time to give me an on-site tour, remembered notes from our phone conversations, scheduled my Uhaul rental, and walked me outside to double check that my new access code worked. Robert was the reason I contracted with Security Pro over 2 other local companies with similar offerings. So I hope the owners treat Robert as they want him to treat their best customers.
Happy employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability. And because of Robert, I'll recommend him to my colleagues, friends and family. To the owners- please provide Robert with a raise and the benefits he is worthy of. When you take care of employees like Robert, they will take care of your clients.
The gentleman that runs the place was incredibly helpful and courteous. The place is clean and has motion sensor lights. Very happy with the accessability though there isn't much for parking though it's usually not an issue.
It was a nice place to keep my things for a couple of weeks (safe, clean and organized). In addition, well located and good service. Maybe they should give the possibility of renting spaces for less than a month as it could make easier things for many people, who needs extra storage for a two weeks only, for example.
This location is amazing. They have wonderful service. Robert was so amazing to coordinate the deliver with a larger truck to make sure it was brought in safe and did not get damaged. They helped me when I was re loading.
The inside is heated and well taken care of. I didn't run into any trouble not having a place to park even though they have only four parking stalls. What I also enjoyed about this location is that it was right at the entrance to go south onto I-15 - I 80. It is very convenient.

The manager Robert was great, very friendly, and helpful. The storage was easy to move into and the whole process was quick and easy. The unit and facility was very clean and organized. I will be storing with him for a couple months and it's in the perfect location. He was even able to provide a lock and walked me through the process. Thanks again Robert! Keep up the great work!
