I looked around like 10 other places before I chose Box-n-Lock at 1785 W Sequoia Vista Circle in Salt Lake City. Facility is fairly new, well kept, safe and more importantly friendly staff. Sam is a very nice person which handled my agreement, paperwork and has provided great service. The other day I had to access the place after hrs and Sam promptly responded to my request and topped it with a smile. Highly recommend.
1st time storage renter & Samantha helped me through the whole easy process & through contactless due to covid19 rules. I would highly recommend this storage facility. Great quotes, knowledgeable & super friendly. I was also able to get a storage unit the same day (check for availability) I got lucky. Will definitely be a customer in the future, thank you!
Experience with Box-n-Lock has been phenomenal. Samantha is great with customers and its super easy to communicate with her.

This place is amazing. Staff was always incredibly helpful and easy to get ahold of, the facility is clean, secure, easy to access, and well maintained. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!
They made my move from SLC to Florida so easy! Even being available the day after Thanksgiving if needed.
