The place has air conditioner and cameras on inside, and carts you can use to move your things.
Only bathroom is located inside the office which doesn't open until 12:30 and the door into the office from the unit is always locked so you have to walk all the way around.
The guy inside working the desk is lazy and won't open the door for you even if you knock and is very unhelpful.
He's the reason for this review in general.
Attempted to go in and talk to him at 12:25 and he very rudely waved me away from his desk.
So i returned at 12:35 and he was nowhere to be found with the closed sign still posted.
Great rates. Good sized units, clean venue. Friendly, responsive manager.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Security is horrible. Our unit was broken into. Spoke to the SLC police to make our report and the officer informed us that ours is the 4th theft of its kind recently at Towne Storage - Urban Edge. Apparently there are no cameras in the hallways that actually have the units in them, so they cannot see who accessed the units. NO NOT RENT HERE.
Facility is excellent and indoors is a huge plus. Clean, well-maintained and brightly lit. A+.
