I have used Jones the Florist for years and cannot say enough good things about their customer service. I recently experienced a problem with a delivery and they responded promptly, courteously and re-delivered my order immediately. In this day and age of ordering online.....mistakes happen (on both ends). But when they do, the important thing is being able to reach a person who will help make things right. On two occasions, I found that my emails were responded to immediately and the person on the other end of the line cared about my experience. That is so rare these days! This is why I will continue to use Jones the Florist in the future. Thank you for making my customer service experience something worth writing about.

I wanted a nonconventional piece for a funeral and they listened to what I wanted and delivered a gorgeous piece. I am so thankful that a call made from out of town got me such a wonderful piece will be forever grateful.
