I was feeling down today but had some super cash I needed to use. My visit was average until I got to check out. Jerry was kind, friendly and genuinely engaging. He turned my whole day around just by being himself. Jerry is the model example of exceptional customer service
Picked up inside the store. Dedicated area for pickup with clerk ready to scan email sent upc. Also dedicated parking for curbside pickup.
Rookwood Old Navy needs to post cashiers when customer load is high. Common sense. These poor women 2 are doing their best while other workers fold or whatever. Its pitiful
I haven't been to this store in years but popped in to look for a pair of gloves which I didn't find but left instead with two bags full of bargain clothes. I'll consider it a Christmas gift to myself.
One complaint is that the employees should be fully dressed and not wearing half shirts that I can see their stomachs. Dress code is a must!!
