Horrible. Won't wear masks but then say they no longer clean interiors of cars due to taking Covid-19 precautions. The worker was not careful with the hose and banged it into my car several times. My car was not dried at the end of the car wash. I did ask the worker to wear his mask as I live with someone who is high risk due to chemotherapy. The worker became aggressive and refused. It was a terrible and stressful experience. My car had water spots all over it. I used to love this place. Since the pandemic I have gone twice. Maybe they are under new ownership, I'm not sure. But it's gone downhill. My experience with them a few the back wasn't good but it was horrible so I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I will not be returning. I don't forsee them lasting much longer if they continue the way they are.
Very disappointed no one never came out to assist me. Seem like they have turned this site into a car dealership. Saying open but no one inside when I went in. Please inform of what's going on.
Used to be great, after the virus hit it turned into one of the worst. Doesn't matter because it closed & it's now a used car lot.
Friendly service, the wait isn't too long. You can watch tv or read the paper or current magazines and have coffee while you wait. The waiting room is sparkly clean, smells good and uncluttered.nnThe staff always forgets to clean noticeable crumbs in cup holders every time I visit but overall do a great job.
Chad's a good dude and took care of me. Place kinda sneaks up on you, but I assure you they are open.
