I was greeted Johnny C. the minute I stepped into the door and he was very attentive to my car shopping interest and answered any/all questions that I had. I didn't feel pressured or harassed and would recommend that if you find yourself shopping for a vehicle in Cincinnati, go to NW Automotive Group and ask for Johnny! I'm loving my new vehicle.

What a wonderful experience! I'm from out of town visiting family. My car finally bit the bullet. I was so worried that a car dealer would take advantage of my bad situation.
