Solid Concepts in Stone

Repeat customer. First was a kitchen counter top for new construction. Beautiful white quartz with light grey veins. I was so pleased with the experience and product I had them do a custom vanity top for the bathroom: an off-white quartz with light brown veins. For both jobs, after picking out the color and sinks I wanted in their showroom, they came out to measure within days and I had new counter tops about a week after that. A bit out of the way for Louisvillians, but very worth it for the cost, service, and overall experience.

These guys came out and did a wonderful job installing.. I had a marbled design that concerned me on how it would look because it kind of had a stripe... they took the time to give me some advice on my layout and I agreed to his advice and couldn’t be happier with the awesome job.. love love love my countertops as well as my new updated kitchen!!

We purchased quart counters from Solid Concepts. They are beautiful and we love the counters. The staff there was helpful in picking out the counters.nWe went and pick out counters a month before we needed them and were ready to pay for then to make sure there would be no delays in getting them. They said no it would only take 2 weeks or maybe only week and a half once they came out and measured. So we said okay, well after they came out and measured it took 2 weeks and a day to come out for install because the shipping of stone got delayed. Then when they came and installed them the island was scratched,which they pointed out to us. They took it back to buff it out and said he would probably have it back that afternoon, if not the next day. He didnt come back so I called the next day. I was told they would try and come in the evening, which was a Friday and if not the following Monday because of other jobs. Our electrician and plumbers were already lined up for Friday, which was 4 days after our original install day of that monday. So I explained that we needed them to work on getting it out that day. They called back and said they would have it out later that afternoon and they did. They laid it, siliconed a couple of places and were done. They opened a drawer to place the stove inside and apparently broke a brand new cabinet draw closure and didnt say anything.nI was happy with service in the store before install and felt that once we were a customer it wasn't a priority to get the job done.

From the outset all went very good with dealing with this company. The staff was very helpful in helping us select the quartz countertop, patterns, etc. The technicians were very skilled in laying out the countertops and the installation was flawless. Particularly so on the seams. And, an added compliment to the total staff in particularly the installation crew who were professional, polite, and very thorough. I rate this construction experience very high - job well done.

We needed a hole drilled in our granite for a fixture same day. When I called, Diana was very friendly on the phone and Jeovanny, the service tech provided great service. Fast and friendly! Reasonably priced!
