We are in the process of building a new home so we stopped in to have a look around. The staff was extremely helpful and shared our urgency in getting the process moving so that we can meet out finish date. The showroom is packed with samples of all types of flooring. Additionally they carry paint and painting supplies. As a bonus they are locally owned so the money we spent stays in Shelby Co.nnUpdate: Jose and his crew did an awesome job installing our LVL and carpet. Great group our guys. Very pleased with how everything turn out.
Great place for all your floor needs. Great people to work with you and great prices . You got to see the biggest gray cat they have. Nice people!!!
Very helpful staff! They walked us through the shop and went through pricing to keep us on budget, and even helped us pick out the perfect wood floors so our dogs wouldn't tear them up! I highly recommend this place if your looking into flooring.
We've used Pontrich many times and have always been satisfied, however with our most recent experience we had some issues. The installation crew left a number of dirty hand prints around the house and did a subpar job on the install. We were pretty upset. When we called, Pontrich was very disappointed to hear about this, took ownership of the mistakes, and sent another team to fix the issues. They were very proactive to make things right. Their excellent customer service turned a bad experience into a good one.nnI know it's easy to slam a business with a bad review online when you're unhappy, but it's far better to understand that mistakes will happen and give them a chance to make things right. When dealing with subcontractor jobs like this, any competitor could have had the same issues with their team. I'm very happy with how Pontrich stood behind their work and acted quickly and eagerly to make it right. They've retained our business and our recommendation.
Pontrich Floor Covering in Shelbyville is GREAT!! Family owned, super friendly, and very professional too! I represent a nonprofit company in Louisville, and as with any nonprofit getting funding can be very difficult. Jessica & Tommy worked with me & my company to get us a quality floor at an affordable price. And the new flooring their crew installed is truly one of the most beautiful floors I've ever seen! We will absolutely use them again!
