I found that they was very helpful when I needed a place right away. The staff was very professional. A big shout out to Kim Goodrich she is amazing to work with! Kim and others in her position have a heavy work load dealing with all the paperwork and making sure that things are according to company policy. My advice to others would be get them what they ask for; turn it in in a timely manner and you would find that things will go smoothly. The people who work at the office by no means have a easy job dealing with 100 different personality types. I appreciate the help I received when I needed it.

If I could give them no stars I would. Personally I’ve only worked with the public housing manager so I can’t speak for the other people in the office. But Susan is rude and disrespectful. She talks down on people as if they have no education. Then when she makes mistakes she blames you for them. I truly feel like I’m being discriminated against by her. She is not a kind person and if she has an issue dealing with this population of people she needs to find a new job. Again I’ve met some very nice people that work there but a business is only as good as their weakest link.

GMHA helps a lot of people who need assistance with housing. The employees are always nice and willing to help you at the best of their ability.
