I feel bad that the poorer neighborhood has to have such a less competent staff. The pharmacy here was not able to get the difference between extended release vs the normal version of a medication. On two separate days (for the same prescription) they had me wait over 40 minutes just to finally tell me that they messed up and did not have the sufficient quantity of pills to fill the prescription. I mean they have one job, to count pills and order the pills, and yet they wasted over an hour of my time over two days just to tell me they will have to end up waiting another 3 days for me to be able to receive it. Incompetent. Luckily the computer systems check for the drug interactions already otherwise your life would be at risk probably. As a medical professional, I can assure you that the quality of service is sub par and you are better off visiting the other Albertsons (the one in the better neighborhood). Needless to say, I am very frustrated at them. New Mexico deserves better. El Paseo road deserves better.
Just an awesome experience. Above and beyond service. Trey is the best pharmacist around. Highly recommend.
Great deli and fresh meats... good deals... and love having the pharmacy right there...
Doesn’t matter if you call them 3 days ahead, they are never ready
Sometime I go pick it up for my health needs. They are wonderful people .
