Dr Amy Ingram is a knowledgeable and caring physician. She has helped me with several issues and I trust her opinion. In addition, she goes beyond her ENT specialty in her understanding of her patients' healthcare needs and is willing to point her patients in the right direction when they need a doctor in another field of medicine. After going to numerous places trying to figure out why I kept having so many ear infections as an adult which is normally not common and bad headaches. I was told by a nurse to go see Amy. So I finally did and oh how I wish I went sooner. She is actually looking into my problem and making a plan to see how to fix it the proper way. And everyone from the person who checked me in to who did my hearing test was so kind and very professional.

Everyone was very friendly. They made my son feel at ease and comfortable. He was very nervous until he talked to the staff. The Doctor made sure we understood exactly what was going on with my son's hearing loss instead of just rushing us out the door. I would most definitely suggest anybody picking Advanced ENT& Allergy if they have any problems with their hearing. 10 out of 10 for sure!
