I used to love The Scarpetta, but I went to purchase two pairs of boots I've had my eye on for a while today, and saw that they've doubled the price of both pairs! I don't know why they would artificially inflate the prices of items that have been on their site for 8+ months, especially since they have historically offered such great deals on quality items. I checked the prices of several other pairs of shoes on the site and they have all been drastically increased, as well! (I have a spreadsheet of all the shoes I am interested in purchasing, which includes their prices, so I know they have all been increased)nI am so disappointed with the direction in which they have taken their business. The Scarpetta used to be a site I told all of my friends about, but I will sadly no longer do so. If they could return their prices back down to where they used to be, I would happily return as a customer.nnUPDATE: They have returned their prices to the great deals I have come to expect from their business. I am once again a very happy and satisfied customer - would definitely recommend!

I loved them! They're just beautiful. Can't wait to wear them with my white flowy dress on the beach. It arrived in good timing.

I must say that I was a bit skeptical about buying from this company, I had never heard of them before. However, I am very satisfied with the service and product I received. Quick receipt of order and very cute sandals! Haven’t tried walking extensively in them as ordered for a trip. Just a tad shorter than my usual size 6. If they work out would consider getting a different color too.
