I’ve never in my life been treated so poorly by ANY employee, let alone an assistant manager, in my ENTIRE life. The disgusting way she speaks to customers is so mind blowing, I can’t believe anyone hired her in the first place, let alone would continue to let her represent their company. When I tell you this was the worst , most vile way any one person has ever spoken to me in my life, I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. Let me know when you get a new management staff, because I won’t be spending a single cent here until this assistant manager is no longer employed.
Dominque spent a great deal of time with us, handled questions and went above all expectations to help us with our shoe and clothing questions. We also bought a set of Force Fields per her suggestion. I didn't even know they existed! I'll definitely be back. Please give Dominique a well deserved customer service award, JD Sports Corporate.
This is just another store where their employees simply do not care about the customers experience. There is a reason the ratings of this store are awful. The store is great, they have more shoes and better varieties than most, but the employees sure don’t help you pick anything out or even speak with you. Choose a different store to shop at in the mall where the employees might actually help you.
Terrible customer service. They gave a box in bad shape, swapped my shoe out with a display shoe, and rude when asked about it. Don’t waste your money at this place. Just order from footlocker or somewhere else.
I’m often not offered much/any assistance when I come into the store despite being in there for a while, however, this past experience was great. Judah was a great help and assisted me in finding what I needed.nnUpdate: Came into the store again and had another really great experience. Associates Gino and Cesar were very helpful and offered great service. They greeted me when I walked in, and were really patient throughout the buying process. They spoke to me as if I was a human being as opposed to another dollar sign. Would definitely work with these two guys again. Also, when I went to checkout, I forgot to show my rewards card until after the transaction was completed, but Samantha helped me get it corrected, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend these associates.
