I wanted to exchange a dress that my boyfriend gift me because it’s was so uncomfortable and itchy and I was unable to exchange it just because I didn’t have a receipt the manager was extremely rude i have seen her act rude to other customers in several other occasions she was talking about the store policy but didn’t wanted to show proof of what she was talking about. I’m so disgusted.
I went into the Polaris store last week and they were so helpful! I was picking out some clothes for my girlfriend and they showed me some great affordable options. My girlfriend just opened up her presents and loves them! I'd definitely recommend this store!
I have been coming to the Polaris Windsor since it opened- love it! The staff is super upbeat and friendly... I felt bad because over the past weekend, I came in to get an outfit for dinner and heard the manager interact with multiple guests who were just downright rude. She handled everything really professionally & I was impressed!
I visited Windsor this past weekend and boy was I impressed! Staff was completely responsible regarding social distancing and the managers were all friendly and helpful. One manager helped me find the perfect outfit for my date, she was really sweet and attentive. I was even asked to sign up for free coupons! I will DEFINITELY be returning soon!
I was just in over the weekend and the staff is so sweet - especially management!
