Just returned from the Good Feet store on Polaris Parkway . I accompanied my son , who had purchased inserts several years ago and was in need of new replacements. Amy Wicker was very professional , kind and helpful. My son has had several strokes and has memory issues. She took a great deal of time explaining each step he was to take in adjusting to his new inserts. Amy also wrote in detail what he needed to do each day for the next two weeks . She was very patient and stressed that Good Feet wants all clients to be happy and comfortable with their purchase . She was fabulous and we will definitely refer others to herud83dude0a
I was very happy with my experience as Amy is a very knowledgeable and caring sales person. Amy was able to adjust my present level of support and offer new equipment that I believe will help me in the future. Her pleasant demeanor and overall caring attitude made my experience a very positive one. I actually recommended her to a friend immediately after leaving the store.
Amy was great, very personable and professional. They explained all aspects of each insole and how it would effect me and I felt instant relief. I definitely would recommend anyone to visit to free yourself of pain!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE WORTH THE HIGH TICKET$$$

The experience with Amy was all above board and positive. She explained very clearly how the supports worked and what the were supposed to correct. She explained also that they probably wouldn't help my lower back pain due to degenerate done disease. She also discussed the price structure with what is and isn't covered.nAmy made sure our questions were answered and allowed plenty of time to make our decision privately.nI am confident Amy is at The Good Feet Store because she sincerely cares and wants to help people with their feet issues.
