I had a great experience. Went in for some shoes and was taken through fitting, gait analysis and 5 pairs of shoes ridiculously fast. There were even a lot of other customers (none of whom were neglected).
I appreciate the attention to detail for my specific needs and being presented options without pressure to buy the higher end. I was presented options where I could make an informed decision on what to purchase.
I started running a year ago and this is the only place I go. They take their time with you and find the best stuff for you and your needs. They have really cool apparel. I think the prices are fair. I would come here for all your running needs
I've been to three locations, and had great support at each one.
