Some customer service is friendly, others are rudes. Had meds delivered when the virus started. The delivery person dropped off the meds and no one bothered to say it was left outside my fence. Neighbor found it blown in the road. The store thought it best to fight me about it. One med was a narcotic and neighbor didnt find it till the next day. Wasn't the only problem but it made me switch Pharmacy. A phone call was all they had to do when it was delivered
Always friendly, professional, and helpful even when they're really busy.
All the pharamists there have given me good explanations about medications and have gone out of their way to help me. I also like being able to.call in my prescription and their service calls me when it's ready. Also, I can check my blood pressure at their higi kiosk and shop for groceries if I'm waiting. O recommend them on El Paseo.
