Our mail frequently is not delivered. Many folks on our block have complained, to no avail.
Employees are nice and the place is clean and plenty of parking
Employees never open the store on time, always dealing with a huge delay from 30min - 1 hour when arriving
Personally, I think chatter between coworkers should be saved for when there aren’t any customers at the counter. However, the gentleman that helped me at the counter was polite, and got through my transaction quickly and efficiently.
The woman in there is absolutely ridiculous. Went in for a simple favor because I lost my tracking number and told me that without the exact date, time and who was working she can’t help. I had the exact time and date but not the person working because how am I supposed to know that. She specifically told me there was only two women in there and I knew for a fact it wasn’t her so it had to be the other woman. She refused to even look or help me even though she had all the information. Super rude and not very understanding just didn’t want to do what she could to help or take the time.
