On November 2, 2020, my husband and I had a house fire and lost everything.....nothing left of the house. However, we were fortunate enough to find my wedding ring set sifting through ashes. The ring was pretty bad, looked beyond repair but still thankful we found them. I was heading to Polaris one day to buy scrubs and had my ring in my vehicle....in close proximity to the scrub store I noticed Jared’s Jewelry....not knowing much about them.... I thought, well I will give them a try.... not sure if any jewelry store will be able to fix my wedding ring set. The lady within Jared’s that took my ring said, “within the nine years I have worked here....I have never received a ring that has been through a fire.” Jared’s jewelry had great hope that they could fix it. On November 16, 2020 they stated the ring would be done. I called before I made the drive to find out if my ring was done and what the cost would be. I was told the cost would be $303.50 before tax. Willing and excited to pay for my ring I drive to Jared’s. They bring the ring to me and I could not believe my eyes!!!!! The ring looked better than it did before the fire!!! I teared up and thanked them so very much!!! Pulling money out of my purse and waiting for the total cost.... this young gentleman standing in front of me behind the counter that gave me my ring stated....”there will be no cost.” I told them no I have the money to pay for this and was so happy on the job they did....it looked brand new. The gentleman behind the counter still says.....”this is no cost....it sounds like you have been through enough.” Needless to say I hugged the young gentleman ...I cried with happiness walking out the door and continued to cry in my vehicle. I wanted to write this review because I want all to know the kindness and the customer care that is within this Jared’s jewelry store located on Polaris parkway in Columbus, Ohio. Jared’s jewelry from now on will always have my business....passionate caring people is who they are!!! Thank you Jared’s from the bottom of my heart....you are all the best!!!! ❤ufe0f
