Great mom and pop store. I got my wife's wedding ring here over 7 years ago and they were fantastic. They are such nice people and their work is phenomenal. I had checked all jewelry stores east of Columbus and they were by far the best price, great quality, and very personable. Would definitely buy here again. Only criticism is that you should call first before going because their hours, during the week, don't always work with people's work schedules.

I had a large diamond ring re -sized [ only a half size up so that’s nothing ] here. I hope nobody uses this service here. I took my ring to Kay jewelers and they said this place used an alloy for metal. This ruined my entire band the ring became worse month after month. Very dishonest of them. I’ve never had any jeweler rip me off like this. I guess for them a good way to get 60 to 100$ a pop. So, today I spent $887.00 buying a new band and of course the mount which was platinum!!! I hope something truly evil happens to you bc no one should have their wedding ring F up! I can’t find any other words for this situation. I’m really upset can you tell ?! And fully rightfully so. So, buyer beware , consumer beware they mix alloy with your gold . It’s deceiving and dishonest !!nI’m adding that I do not abuse my jewelry. I don’t work anymore, I don’t do any heavy lifting.nThe kicker is they [ Kay’s ] carefully made the band round and measured it. It was a 6 not a 6.5. So they took the gold and put back alloy. And the size was not even the right size still. Deception. I have receipts and photos from Kay’s . I guess it’s good my diamond has an engraved serial number and that was never challenged.

Amazing customer service, kind and reasonable. After Being treated so poorly by Jared’s and Morgan’s Treasure chest in Westerville while looking for an Asher diamond and for someone to set that and a setting I had already purchased. Michael not only did an amazing job on my ring but just a week before my wedding my grandmothers pearls came apart of course I planned on wearing them down the aisle they were able to string them and have them to me before the wedding. They are now the only jewelry my husband and I will go to. Thank you both!

I will never forget the first jewelry by Michael piece I ever owed. I was a little girl when he made a friendship ring for my best friend and I. Everywhere I went everyone would comment on the silver hearts leading up to the one full gold heart. It was as if the silver hearts were trying to become the full gold heart. Michael will always be the best jeweler I will ever know.
