Genuinely if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. Not only did the person taking our clothes have an absolutely nasty attitude, she then watched me walk out of the store just to send me a text as I was walking out to my car. ALSO, How does it make sense for 2 bags of basically brand new clothes, to be valued at $4. You mean to tell me youre returning 3 of my items to me and offering me $4? Really? This is genuinely the WORST plato's closet I have ever been to. As soon as they hired this new lady on it has been downhill since.

Let me tell you am I glad to write a review about platos closet! I'm excited & thrilled to write about one top notch my number 1 favorite store, I been shopping here since last 20 years it's quite fascinating with the brand Outfits they have such as Abercrombie & Fitch, banana Republic, express, gap, nautica, Nike, they have the best top brands all in one store I mean one closet lol, today was great like always the customer service the people are great, busy shopping while my wife was busy on the other side of isle............one last thank platos closets is for rich people with a huge discount ud83dude1c thank you guys yall are the best!!!

If you are considering selling clothes to them, you are better off going somewhere else. They are EXTREMELY picky. I brought in a bag of name brand clothes that had only been worn a few times (no stains, tears, or visible signs of use). I purchased all of these clothes within the past year or two because I knew that they would not take anything past that mark. It took them 45 minutes to go through my clothes and they would not purchase anything. Not to mention the staff was extremely unfriendly. I will not be going back.
