THE SLOWEST PUMPS IN THE WORLD. It took 5 minutes to put 13 gallons in my tank. And this happens every time. Unfortunately there are not many stations on Polaris Parkway
I wish I could leave a zero . With all the Covid 19 cases one would think they could keep receipt paper at the pumps so you could get your receipt WITHOUT GOING INSIDE , this happens on a regular basis at this station .If it wasn't for employer having an account here I wouldn't visit this station at all . Trying to get our employees to remove their account from here . I don't believe it would be that hard or expensive to KEEP RECEIPT PAPER IN YOUR PUMPS . Good grief !
Was traveling with my 2 toddler grandchildren. It was almost 2 am and my gas light came on. So I took the next exit. Had to drive mile and half to gas station. Pumped my gas and proceeded inside 2 use the restroom. The employee on duty (actually the employee on break outside when we pulled up) said he was going to be a while and that we should drive even further up the street. Thanks for your convenient friendly service!
Absolutely terrible business, they do not understand identification laws. And employees are very rude. Won't be going back.
Terrible experience. Bird droppings everywhere, no cleaning solution for windshield washers, pumps out of order. Not coming back!
